The "Xingcheng x Small and Medium Factory Exhibition Factory Fair" was founded in 2007. The participating companies are mainly small and medium-sized production factories, hence the name "Small and Medium Factory Exhibition". In 2022, it passed the certification of the International Exhibition Industry Association (UFI). It is held annually in Hangzhou in May and in Ningbo in November. The exhibition aims to build a bridge between small and medium-sized factories, traders, and bulk customers, adhering to the theme of "purchasing from the source of production". It has now become a trusted comprehensive procurement platform for domestic and foreign trade in East China.

The 19th China (Ningbo) Small and Medium sized Factory Exhibition will be held from November 19th to 21st, 2025 at the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center. The exhibition area will reach 60000 square meters, gathering more than 2000 original factories, presenting over 300000 products, and attracting more than 60000 professional visitors. Relying on the location advantage of Ningbo's foreign trade hub, the exhibition, with its rich product categories and supplier resources, fully meets the one-stop procurement needs of domestic and foreign trade, domestic and foreign e-commerce, and group units.
